1. How is the payment done?

You can place an order without making a payment. Please note our UPI ID & connected phone number while checking out. Once your invoice is ready, we will get in touch with you & accept payment

 

2. How long can the payment take?

 

Once the store team contacts customer regarding payment, the customers must pay within 15 minutes. This is because, the dunzo delivery charges vary with traffic & time of the day. 

3. What are the different payment option available?

We have two payment options: 

Payment via UPI:

No Payment to made when you place the order. 

You will receive a call from us once the invoice is raised and you can make payment accordingly.

Our UPI code is 9886791013@ybl. You can also save our phone number 9886791013. Use any mobile payment app that supports UPI such as PayTM, PhonePe, BharatPe, GooglePay etc. to us either by using the UPI ID or directly to the Phone Number

4. Can I Pay cash on delivery (COD)?

We do not accept COD (Cash on delivery)

5. Who will deliver my order?

Delivery is made by Dunzo - a third partner service. Your order is received by us and you will receive your order by a third party vendor Dunzo in your specified time slot. However, in situations such as heavy traffic & rain, Dunzo delivery service may get affected.


6. Is there a limit on the weight of my order?

Yes. Since delivery is made by Dunzo, we are bound by the weight restrictions of Dunzo services. So, request you to limit the maximum weight of your order to 20 Kg. If your order exceeds 20kg, kindly split it into 2 or more orders.


7. Can you deliver at my convenience?

Following delivery slots are available across the day. Please choose the one that suits you:


10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

12:01 AM – 02:00 PM

04:30 PM – 06:00 PM

06:01 PM – 07:30 PM

 

8. What is the area of delivery?

We deliver across Bangalore. All areas with a valid Bangalore PINCODEs are covered.

 

9. Do you have any delivery charges?

Delivery charges are as specified by Dunzo. Sivananda Stores doesn't specify the delivery charges. KIndly note that delivery charges that appear at the time of placing the order are only indicative. Dunzo delivery charges depend on time of the day,  traffic & such other conditions at the time of delivery. 

10. Can I pay by cash on delivery (COD)?

No. We do not accept COD (Cash on delivery) as delivery is being facilitated by Dunzo.

10. I see products of two brands on the site, Sivananda & Sivananda Select. What is the difference?

At Sivananda Flour Mill, we manufacture 14 products including flours, spice powders & mixes. These products come under Brand Sivananda. To make a wider range of products available to our customers, we have chosen some good quality products available in the market. We identify more than one brand for a particular product and supply one of them at a given time depending on the availability. The chosen brand may be a well-known brand or procured from a trusted supplier
